Application and Features

The main purpose of aluminum dross separator is to separate aluminum water from aluminum dross. Rack the hot aluminum dross out of the furnace into the iron pot of the aluminum dross separator, then the stirring paddle starts to work, the aluminum dross is burned into aluminum water, there is a hole in the bottom of the pot, the aluminum water from the hole through the launder to the aluminum bucket which can be reused. The distance between stirring paddle and the bottom of the pot is 15 mm.

● The cooling machine is applied for cooling 700℃ ~ 900℃ aluminum dross rapidly, the purpose is to avoid high temperature burning, improve the recovery of aluminum, and improve the efficiency of assembly line production.

● Sprinkle the outer circle of the roller with cold water for 5 ~ 8 minutes. The aluminum dross temperature drops to 40℃ ~ 60℃ and is automatically discharged into the ball milling machine.

● The production process including bearing grease filling system is automatic.

● Milling & screening machine is combined to process aluminum dross. The milling machine is used to break the dross to small pieces with iron balls rotating in the roller which is welded with durable liners inside.

● Screen machine is used to screen aluminum ash after milling. Three kinds of aluminum ash will be formed through three size sieves: fine ash, mid-ash, crude ash. The crude ash is more than 3mm, can be recycled for smelting; The medium ash is 1.5~3mm, can be used as the alternative raw material for cooling hot dross, and the remaining fine ash 40~80 mesh is put into the bag for processing. It not only saves manpower, but also greatly improves production efficiency, and produces considerable economic benefits.

Structural Reform 4 Items

● For the cooling-tank structural, our factory give up the traditional spiral deflector, change to use the straight strip type guide bar.

● For the barrel driven we give up the traditional gear drive, use the normal reducer drive the sprocket for the two -way distributed operation, avoid to the gear collision, reduce the noise and reliable work.

● For the after classification screen barrel we adopt the RHVC, can according the actual situation to adjust the rotate speed, achieve the best effectively for the classification screening.

● For the large water vapor by the water spray production, we adopt heat resistant structure with fully enclosed spray section, avoid to make the workshop not clearly by the water vapor.

● Moreover, for the environmental, we design can add the before the suction hood and after sucking hood, and add the barrel door device in the before hood, after add the dross directly closed the door, reduce the dust spillover, we adopt the fully enclosed structure in the after sucking hood, it is good for the dust concentrated emissions, also install the movable door panel, Convenience to repair.
